Project Revisions

Included Revisions

Each project agreement specifies the number of revision rounds included in the project scope. Typically:

  • Concept Phase: 2-3 rounds of revisions on initial design concepts
  • Development Phase: 2-3 rounds of refinements on selected design direction
  • Final Phase: 1-2 rounds of minor adjustments before final delivery

The specific number of revisions is outlined in your individual project agreement.

Revision Guidelines

To ensure efficient revisions:

  • Feedback should be consolidated and provided in writing at designated review milestones
  • Revisions should be based on previously approved project scope and objectives

Additional Revisions

If you require revisions beyond those included in your project agreement, we offer additional revision rounds at our standard hourly rate or a fixed fee based on the scope of changes required. We will provide a quote before proceeding with additional work.

Milestone Approvals

Projects are typically structured with milestone approvals:

  • Concept approval
  • Design development approval
  • Final approval before delivery

Once you approve a milestone, we proceed to the next phase based on those approved elements. Significant changes to previously approved work may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success and avoid delays:

  • Provide complete and accurate project information, content, and materials
  • Respond to design presentations and revision requests within agreed timeframes
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback during revision phases
  • Review and approve designs at designated milestones
  • Communicate any concerns promptly

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the design direction after the initial concept phase, we will:

Refund Policy

Initial Deposits

Initial project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure your project timeline and compensate for initial project planning and research.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver services as agreed in the project contract
  • Significant delays caused by our studio prevent timely project completion
  • Project cancellation occurs before significant work has been completed

In such cases, refunds are calculated based on work completed to date, with charges deducted for completed phases and billable hours invested.

Full Refunds

Full refunds are provided only if:

  • We fail to commence work within the agreed timeframe without valid reason
  • Circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the project
  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before work begins

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback within agreed timelines
  • Client changes project scope significantly after work has commenced
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with approved design work that meets project objectives
  • Client decides to use an alternative provider after work has begun
  • Completed and approved project phases

Project Cancellation

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Provide written notice of cancellation
  • Payment is due for all work completed to the date of cancellation
  • Initial deposits are non-refundable
  • A cancellation fee may apply as specified in your project agreement

Cancellation by Studio

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback for 30 consecutive days
  • Payment terms are not met according to the project agreement
  • Client requests work outside our ethical or professional standards

In such cases, payment for completed work is due, and any unused deposits may be refunded.

Intellectual Property

Until final payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with Warmycandle. Upon full payment:

  • You receive agreed usage rights as specified in the project agreement
  • We retain the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes
  • Specific intellectual property terms are outlined in individual project contracts

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about project progress or deliverables:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  2. We will schedule a call or meeting to understand the issues
  3. We will propose solutions within the project scope
  4. If resolution cannot be reached, we will explore mediation or arbitration as specified in project agreements

How to Request a Refund or Revision

To request additional revisions or discuss refund eligibility:
